Your enquiry should start a conversation, not an unwanted marketing list. This notice explains what we collect through our website and General Enquiry Form and how we use it.
Who is responsible?
Corvidz Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a South African business providing Pattern Risk Advisory, is responsible for personal information you choose to provide through our General Enquiry Form.

01 / Information we collect
Our General Enquiry Form asks for your name, business name, email address, optional contact number, approximate business size, topic of enquiry, a short description of your challenge, preferred contact method and privacy acknowledgement.
Our hosting and external web-service providers may also process routine technical connection information needed to display and secure the website. We currently do not run advertising or dedicated visitor-analytics scripts in this website build.
Please avoid including confidential business information or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
02 / Why we use it
- To read and respond to your enquiry.
- To arrange a Discovery Call or discuss the Founder Pattern Diagnostic or an Advisory Partnership where requested.
- To keep reasonable records of our correspondence and comply with applicable obligations.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. We will seek separate permission where required for unrelated marketing.
03 / Where it goes
The General Enquiry Form is provided by Google Forms. Responses are stored in a restricted-access Google Sheet, and Google Forms sends a notification to the form administrator's Gmail account. Authorised Corvidz representatives may access the information to manage your enquiry.
We use service providers for website hosting, forms and email. Those providers may process or store some information outside South Africa under their own service arrangements. We do not sell or rent enquiry details.
04 / Storage and retention
We aim to limit access to people who need the information for the stated purpose and take reasonable measures to protect it. No online service can promise absolute security.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required to respond, manage legitimate business records or meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymised as appropriate.
05 / Your choices and rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask about personal information we hold, request access or correction, and ask for deletion or object to certain processing where the law allows.
Email your request to riekie@corvidzsolutions.co.za. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some records may have to be retained for legal reasons.
If you believe your personal information has been handled improperly, you may also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
06 / Benchmark Study and other links
Participation in the Corvidz Founder Structure Benchmark Study is separate from a general enquiry. The study provides its own description of research use and participation choices. We do not use a general enquiry as consent to participate in that study.
Our website may link to third-party services, including Google Forms. Those services may have their own privacy notices.
